Procedure for application of vacant property

- View property

- Confirm interest to Estate office who will then ask for suitable references, who will be contacted and an Agreement will then be drawn up.

- Six weeks deposit will be required (8 weeks if a dog/cat is included)

- Rents are payable by standing order mandate on the first day of each month.
