The 700 acre Falconhurst Estate is close to the M25 and situated on the northern edge of the High Weald in a designated are of ‘outstanding natural beauty’ with far reaching views towards the Ashdown Forest and Crowborough Hill.  Falconhurst lends itself to many film location possibilities such as:  The main Falconhurst House, interior and exterior, together with its beautiful gardens; a variety of Wealden and Victorian cottages which form the nucleus of the conservation village of Markbeech; farmland and buildings; parkland and woods.

The gardens of the main house are spectacular and historic with two walled gardens, an extensive Victorian ruin to the side of the main house and stone terraced gardens one of which has a scenic swimming pool.

One of the most interesting buildings on the estate is Hole Cottage, the surviving wing of a medieval hall house, which is one of the first heritage buildings restored by the Landmark Trust.
